Manhattan Interior Painting 10038

When one lives in a luxury condo building, replete with a full-time doorman, pool, fitness center, concierge, elevator and ultra thoughtful designs for modern living, well, you want the interior of any residence to reflect the refined atmosphere. This prestigious address in Lower Manhattan calls for cool elegance with captivating sophistication. With that in mind, we rolled in to prep for and paint the interior in a warm, light mocha.
If you are thinking about walls, think again. Large wall expanses were involved, and so were ceilings, doors, window frames and newly installed baseboards. With large living room windows flooding the space with natural daylight, it was imperative that we first do some serious repair work. Holes and cracks were filled, spackled and sanded until a flat surface was restored, and you’d never know there had been any imperfections. Larger flaws like gaps were caulked and smoothed.

There are different approaches with a variety of equipment needed for painting ceilings, for example, instead of walls. Then a new set of tools are used for painting doors and trim. Often, the client chooses different textures for paint, like satin here, flat there and a matte finish somewhere else. Let’s just say there are a lot of moving parts in interior painting, and the Paintworks crews are experienced in and excel at all of them.
