New Wallpaper in Chelsea Residence

NYC Wallpaper Installation 10001

On the west side of Manhattan, Chelsea boasts some 200 art galleries, along with the upscale Chelsea Market, housed in a former Nabisco factory. The now mostly residential neighborhood was an initial center for the motion picture industry. Some early pictures of Mary Pickford were filmed on the top floors of the armory building on West 26th Street. And the New York Public Library operates two branches in Chelsea.

Thus, we were not surprised when a creative, clever homeowner wanted an interesting wallpaper installed on one accent wall in a home office space. While the blend of shades of gray and hues of teal with small splashes of ivory offers a peaceful color base, the somewhat abstract nature of the splotches offers energy and enthusiasm.

We work to exact specifications for every wallpaper job, not only lining up the panels of patterns with one another, but carving out space around electrical outlets, smoke alarms, and in other residences, windows, doors and medicine cabinets. Wallpapering is a very rewarding project for our experienced team. When done here, we had that interesting blend of tranquility and energy.
