Painting on a Condo in Murray Hill 10016
In an established condo building in Murray Hill, we were tasked with painting the whole place after some floor repair. Around 30 square feet of wood flooring in a living room corner had been removed. It was an ugly sight, and we cleaned and primed the concrete before installing new wood flooring seamlessly.
Then we set about to evaluate the condition of the walls, ceiling and trim because our experienced painting crew would paint e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g. After some light repairs and plastering, White Opulence in flat paint took to the ceilings. The trim throughout now sports White Opulence in an easy-to-clean semi-gloss. The living room walls are beautiful in Cappuccino Froth, a warm, creamy, light hue.
The kitchen and heart of the home proudly wears its new Sage Wisdom soft green eggshell coats with dignity. A thoughtful, neutral, gray-green, it perfectly complements wood grain counters and crispy white cabinets and appliances. Our professional painting team got excited for the Wild Blue Yonder, even though they knew it was a paint color and not a mysterious place in the sky at the horizon. Benjamin Moore calls it unleashed blue. We call it a peaceful, confident color promoting harmony in an attractive multi-function room.
