Shake Shack Exterior Metal Painter

From one hot dog cart in Madison Square Park to more than 350 fast casual restaurants in the world, Shake Shack still shakes things up with burgers, fries, floats and shakes. The park opened to the public in 1847, and Shake Shack did the same in 2001 with a mission to raise money for a public art project. Recently, the Shake Shack powers-that-be went out in search of quotes to replace its galvanized metal exterior. Sticker Shock! Enter Paintworks!

We cleaned, restored, primed and painted the distinguished metal surround with part of the menu on it –BURGERS FROZEN CUSTARD FRIES SHAKES and so on. The folks at Shake Shack are as cool on their lemonade and floats, fun to work for, and Madison Square Park’s challenges were met by our experienced paint crew with grace and determination. It is essential to use the right products for bonding to metal while being resistant to the elements. Not only did we finish the job for about one-tenth of the replacement quotes, we worked between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. so the business never had to turn away one shake order. And just so you know, the obstacles of working in a park and overnight and with metal don’t shake us up one bit.
