It’s been said that the best time to plant a tree is today. And one of the best times to update a kitchen floor is in preparing a place for new tenants. These homeowners wanted to update the retro look of a somewhat worn black and white tile floor with a more contemporary kind of cool in a marbleized look. Floor work like this entails moving all the appliances and base cabinets off said floor and removing it piece by piece. A comprehensive inspection of the subfloor is next, and once it is deemed ready for new flooring, we meticulously install it.

With everything out of the way, it’s a great time to paint the kitchen as well, which we did. Then the Paintworks crew positioned the lower cabinet back in place along with the big appliances. Voila! The kitchen was refreshed. The homeowner landlords were happy. And we are confident that new tenants will love the floor and freshly painted kitchen in their new abode.
