Painting Kitchen Cabinets in Inwood 10034
Oak offers the golden tone and warmth of wood, but it can be magnificently upstaged, especially in a kitchen, by white. The clear, crisp, clean attributes of white offer room for other colors to come into the space in a complementary or contrasting way which never clashes. From countertops and flooring to the backsplash and hardware, white is akin to the little black dress in the closet. It goes with everything and can be kept simple or decorated and accessorized to the max.
These interior raised kitchen cabinet doors and drawers are a classic for depth with simplicity. Our experienced professionals go in and carefully remove all the doors and drawer fronts and transport them to our specially tricked out paint lab. They are cleaned and sanded, then primed. These were expertly spray painted with multiple coats of Benjamin Moore’s White in a satin finish.
While most paint colors have creative names, this sums up the color with one word: White. We painted the edges and exposed areas in the kitchen with a mohair roller before installing the newly coated cabinet doors and drawer fronts. Mohair rollers are especially desirable for achieving the smooth finish everyone wants in a kitchen. We ourselves felt brighter for having completed this beautiful kitchen cabinet improvement.
